Rooted in her Island community, Rebecca is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with resilience, self-compassion, and a caring presence. This lifelong passion has shaped both her personal and professional journey.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work and is completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Qualified to practice under clinical supervision, she is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for her clients.

Her background includes extensive experience in residential and day treatment programs for youth with mental health challenges, as well as working as an Educational Assistant in schools. These roles have deepened her empathy and understanding of the varied challenges people face across life stages, inspiring her counselling career.

Rebecca uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach, and often weaves mindfulness into her work. She supports individuals navigating a range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, burnout and stress, the mental load of parenting, and relationship challenges. She values the opportunity to draw on evidence-based practices while thoughtfully adapting her approach to align with each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys family time, running, gardening, and relaxing by the ocean.
