Rooted in her Island community, Rebecca is passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges with resilience, self-compassion, and a caring presense. This lifelong passion has shaped bother her personal and professional journey.
Rebecca's work as a Counselling Therapist is informed by her academic background, including a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Work, and a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology.
Rebecca strives to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and develop practical, personalized strategies to enhance their well-being. Whether feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking guidance, she is here to walk alongside you.
Using a strengths-based approach and incorporating mindfulness, she supports clients with anxiety, PTSD, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, burnout, parenting stress, and relationship challenges—adapting evidence-based strategies to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys family time, being active outside, gardening, and relaxing by the ocean.
